The Company

Sanitarium is a progressive and dynamic business that is Australian owned and produces Australia's favourite breakfast cereal Weet-Bix and Australia's leading liquid breakfast - Up & Go.

We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Senior Customer Services Representative to join our team.  

This role is responsible for the Customer Service team's day-to-day workload as well as being the first escalation point. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing and processing customer orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreed delivery schedules
  • Minimising short supplies
  • Minimising logistics costs
  • Managing customer enquiries providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Ensuring accuracy of invoicing
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Liaising with internal and external parties regarding product delivery
  • Providing back up to Customer Services Manager

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent time management
  • SAP experience is highly regarded
  • Export experience is highly regarded
