Life Health Foods is an entrepreneurial health food manufacturer with manufacturing facilities on the NSW Central Coast. Our mission is simple. Daily, we are enriching lives by creating innovative plant based foods.

We are seeking applications for the position of Payroll Officer. In this role you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of our weekly payroll of 130 employees via our managed service provider ADP.

Reporting to the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for delivering a professional service to our employees and Management, ensuring that data integrity and compliance aspects are met.

Required hours are Monday and Tuesday 8.30am to 5.00pm, however this is a full function role so may require extra hours on these days to ensure payroll is released. You will also provide support to the finance function where time allows, with potential for additional hours/days to cover leave in the finance team.

About you:

  • You will have approximately two years’ experience with exposure to all aspects of payroll
  • Exposure to EBA’s or Modern Awards
  • An enquiring analytical mind
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exposure to a large payroll system and time and attendance system
  • Be willing to own the process from end to end
