Thanks to some hard work, bright minds and of course great products, we’re seeing a significant increase in demand both here in Australia and New Zealand.  As a result, an exciting opportunity exists in our dynamic Sales team for a National Account Manager, Coles.  The role is responsible for our plant-based meals portfolio and will work closely with the Senior Business Manager to deliver exceptional customer service in the assigned categories through implementing growth strategies.  The position involves daily interactions with one of Australia’s biggest retailers, Coles, together with various other activities including particular emphasis on:

  • preparing and tracking business and promotional plans
  • cost management and forecasting
  • driving product sales
  • preparing and delivering business reviews & presentations


  • At least 5 years sales experience, with identifiable track record in the grocery industry.
  • Demonstrate initiative along with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Experience identifying & implementing opportunities for growth and efficiencies.

The position reports to the Senior Business Manager, is based on the NSW Central Coast, with some flexibility to work from home, and forms part of a small and dynamic National sales team who are focused on delivering outstanding business results.

Given the nature of the position, being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a current inherent requirement of this role.  Exceptions may be made for individuals with a verified medical contraindication to a COVID-19 vaccination.
