The Role

Due to an internal promotion we currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person looking to launch their career in Marketing.  Working closely with the Brand Manager they will be involved in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to assist in achieving financial objectives of our marketing products.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Cost Management - tracking expenditure to budget
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales and market share achievement
  • Implementing the strategic and operational plan(s)
  • Monitoring and reporting on promotion performance
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Project Management

  

The Person

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is action oriented and motivated by a varied workload.  Strong communicator, a team player and is Customer Centric!  The successful candidate also needs to be able to work well independently and is extremely organised.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing, Commerce or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to organise self and others
  • The ability to utilise creative thinking and apply it to marketing/business situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Cut through communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Excellent relationship management skills


The selection process will include interviews, online and functional testing as well as Police checks, medical and reference checking.
