Logistics Coordinator

  • $44 per hour plus super (rate is inclusive of casual loadings)

  • Day shift- week days

Our logistics coordinators will travel to a variety of locations, supporting a team administrating the vaccination program, gaining great experience and enjoying a dynamic role. 

The key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Transporting, managing and maintaining the consumables and equipment to support a mobile vaccination team
  • Executing and maintaining cold storage and chain of custody regulations for vaccines
  • Moving and setting up consumables, equipment, and vaccine stock to support the work of your team
  • Data entry

Successful applicants will possess the following:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polite/friendly nature
  • Attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately
  • Previous experience in a customer focused or medical environment is preferable but not essential

Essential Criteria

  • Current unrestricted drivers licence
  • Your own vehicle
  • Police check
  • Current flu vaccination
  • Covid-19 vaccination
  • Willingness to participate in online onboarding
