The Role

The Collaboration Systems Analyst role is responsible for analysing, developing, deploying and supporting Sanitarium's key workflow and collaboration solutions with a key focus on Microsoft 365 technologies.  This role is based at our Head Office in Berkeley Vale, Central Coast, NSW and provides opportunities to work from home.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring M365 collaboration apps such as SharePoint, MS Team
  • Developing low code solutions using, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure software workloads like functions, logic apps etc.
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Collecting and identifying functional requirements.
  • Analysing existing solutions for problems, fixing, and enhancements.
  • Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality, focusing on the least complex solution.
  • Addressing and remediating solutions for robustness, performance and stability.
  • Researching emerging collaboration and workflow technology trends

 

The Person

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Science, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 3+ years' server administration and support experience of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online
  • Current Microsoft Azure/Office 365 certifications
  • 2+ years Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate/Logic Apps)
  • Full life cycle business systems project management and solution implementation experience
  • SharePoint Migration experience from on prem to online would be highly regarded
  • Current Microsoft Azure/Office 365 certifications would be highly regarded
  • Software development/programming experience especially using SPFx, PnP, ReactJS, REST APIs would be preferred.
  • K2 experience and certification preferred
  • Being as comfortable with the customer as you are with the code.
