As part of the Business Advisory team, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Regular reporting of performance including investigation and analysis of variances for NZ & Australian sites (within Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Administration and Profitability analysis)
  • Carry out monthly cost allocations
  • Prepare product costings
  • Prepare pro-forma costings for new products as required working with the R&D team
  • Financial year end reporting and inventory valuation
  • Assist in annual budget preparation
  • Preparation of ad hoc management reports and other site responsibilities as required

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A university degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Microsoft Excel capability to an advanced level
  • Progressing towards a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA); Sanitarium is an ATO
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively to all levels
  • Innovative thinking
  • A results oriented and self-driven attitude

Our preferred candidates will have relevant work experience within an accounting function.  Experience within a manufacturing and/or standard costing environment, or SAP experience is advantageous.
