Our Site Specialists provide Health Assessment, Injury Prevention and Workplace Wellness programs for our clients across Perth and Regional WA. We are looking for allied health professionals who are keen to undertake paid training and upskill in the areas of education, training and coaching. We are keen to set you up for success and support you to deliver our programs at our client sites.
The programs delivered by the Site Specialist include:
Facilitation of musculoskeletal conditioning programs
Conducting Injury Prevention and Manual Handling workshops
Conducting 'SafeSpine' Manual Handling workshops
Conducting Injury Assessments, Workplace Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments
Mentoring, motivating and inspiring people to set and achieve health goals
Health Promotion and Toolbox talks, presenting to large and small groups
The successful candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy/Occupational Health/Exercise Science
Relevant accreditation with governing body e.g., ESSA, APHRA is desirable
Hold a current First Aid Certificate
Hold a current Driver's License
Be COVID vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated before visiting our client sites
Be willing to undertake a Police check
This role works closely with our clients and is key to successfully managing these relationships. These roles are suited to candidates who:

Have or are willing to develop outstanding communication and presentation skills
Have ability to work independently and as part of a team
Have ability to show initiative
Have ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Our clients are located across Perth as well as regionally in Western Australia. Team members need to be willing to travel. A car can be provided, or you can elect to travel in your own vehicle, travel is reimbursed. Flights, accommodation, and meal allowances are provided when the nature of the work requires you to be away from home.
Experience in FIFO, both blue collar and white-collar industries is highly regarded, although not essential. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, passionate, hardworking, energetic, and eager to learn. This is a casual role and will be remunerated accordingly.
