Allied Health Site Specialist - Brisbane

Our Site Specialists provide Injury Prevention, Health Assessment, and Workplace Wellness programs for our clients across Queensland. We are looking for allied health professionals who are keen to undertake Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) work with our blue collar clients in Brisbane, Rockhampton and regional Queensland. We are keen to set you up for success and support you to deliver our programs at our client sites. To ensure success in your role, we will provide paid training an upskill in the areas of education, training and coaching.


The programs delivered by the Site Specialist include:

  • Facilitation of musculoskeletal conditioning programs
  • Conducting Injury Prevention and Manual Handling workshops
  • Health Coaching
  • Conducting 'SafeSpine' Manual Handling workshops
  • Conudcting Injury Assessments, Workplace Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments
  • Mentoring, motivating and inspiring people to set and achieve health goals
  • Health Promotion and Toolbox talks, presenting to large and small groups

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy/Occupational Health/Exercise Science
  • Relevant accreditation with governing body e.g., ESSA, APHRA is desirable
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate
  • Hold a current Driver's license
  • Be willing to undertake FIFO work
  • Be COVID vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated before visiting our client sites
  • Be willing to undertake a Police check

The role works closely with our clients and is key to successfully managing these relationships. These roles are suited to candidates who:

  • Have the ability to show initiative
  • Have ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines

Our clients are loacted across Queensland. Team members need to be willing to travel. A car can be provided, or you can elect to travel in your own vehicle, travel is reimbursed. Flights, accomodation, and meal allowances are provided when the nature of the work requires you to be away from home. Experience in FIFP, both blue collar and white-collar industries is highly regarded, although not essential. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, passionate, hardworking, enegertic and eager to learn.
