Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Muesli production line. You are a quick thinking team player who is able to support the philosophy, values and culture of Sanitarium.  You are eager, have good business foresight and are an organised individual with a professional attitude, who will ensure that processes and procedures are being followed to promote employee and food safety. 

Your role and responsibilities;

• Manage and develop team
• Organise team workflow
• Achieve targets
• Ensure staff are appropriately trained to carry out their duties
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Carry out duties as per Standard Operating Procedures and policies

 The ideal candidate will have;

• Minimum three years experience in a manufacturing environment - ideally in FMCG
• Minimum two years production leadership or supervision experience - ideally in FMCG
• Strong customer focus and team orientation
• Computer literate in MS Office - SAP advantageous
• Current forklift license - preferred but not essential
• Analytical thinker and solutions focussed

This is an afternoon shift position where the hours of work are Sunday; 2:45pm - 12:15am and Monday - Thursday; 4:00pm - 12:15am.
